While I wish there was a single employee to ask you to relay my
compliments to, on both occasions, each and every member of your
customer-facing staff, from the shuttle van drivers to the front desk
employees, consistently provided professional, warm and welcoming
service. Complimenting the service aspect were the clean and
well-maintained guest rooms.

Dear Sir,
I write to comment on my recent stays in your hotel, unusual as it is for me to write after any stay in any hotel I think this is justified. All your staff are very helpful in any way they can be. On 2 occasions my workload dictated a change of location at very short notice, these changes were facilitated very efficiently by Maria even though she had to contend with me moaning about the changes. I think you should know her local knowledge is excellent, whatever you need to know she can usually answer immediately and if not she will find an answer in a quick time, I don't what you are paying her but she is worth every cent of it. I shall look forward to returning in Jan 2008.

I recently stayed at Days close to Dublin Airport, I would like to write to you and express my compliments for a great hotel and team you have present in Dublin. I was extremely impressed with all aspects of our stay, as you know visiting some where new it is highly important  to make the most of the time you have available, I found your reception staff very helpful with answering my questions and providing guidance and assistance to facilitate our tourism. On receptionist in particular by the name of Lina was most helpful and it was great to see that the old sprit of good customer service is still alive. Once again I would like to congratulate you on building a great team at the hotel and would request that you pass on my thanks and compliments to the individual and team. Good Job!

Dear Sir / Madam,

My family and I stayed in your hotel over a week ago and subsequently left our car in your carpark while we went on holiday.  I have never emailed such a message before but I felt it is necessary to send you this one.  We called for the courtesy bus yesterday to pick us up after a stressful flight home with two babies under two and were collected by your employee Michael. Immediatley we were smiling as a result of Michael's bubbly and happy nature.  He chatted all the way back to the hotel and left us in very good humuor.  I believe that Michael is a unique individual and feel that he is an excellent ambassador for any tourist travelling into Ireland.

Dear Mr Williams,   

I wanted to drop you a quick line and inform you about a very pleasant experience that I encountered in your hotel on Saturday June 7th. As a valued customer of Days Hotel In Santry (Petmania/O Keeffe Group) I had three rooms booked for the Saturday night. Unfortunately due to certain things beyond my control I had to cancel one room earlier in the week and Saturday morning my sister missed her flight to Dublin and I phoned to cancel the room to my surprise I was informed that I would be charged the full amount for the room even though it was 8.30a.m the morning of the booking. I did not mind paying some kind of charge but the full amount I was upset over as again I feel we are a very good customer of Days.


I arrived into the hotel Saturday afternoon and checked into the room and explained to Kristel the situation about the other room and she was very pleasant but explained it was company policy but she would see if she could do anything for me. My work colleague Jackie Flood was with me had stayed with you for 5 straight weeks and everyday she was with you she was greeted and treated very nicely by lady called Maria McDonnell, Kristel got her to the desk for us to see if she could help in anyway.

 

Maria came to the desk and was an absolute pleasure she looked after the outstanding room amount and spent alot of time chatting to us and making sure we were happy. She even tried phoning us a taxi to get us the best rate to Naas. In the end Kristel managed to get us a great deal. We went and had dinner in the restaurant and the food was delayed, again Maria stepped up phoned the restaurant to see how long our food was and then rescheduled our taxi for us. The customer service was second to none. If there is an employee bonus or nomination she should be front runner for it.

 

Regarding Kristel, wow! what an excellent receptionist she set us up for the triprewards and explained in detail what it was. We were thrilled with it and thanked her and you know, she wouldn’t accept our thanks she made it very clear that it was Days and her way of thanking us for our business. Nearly forgot this part, on our way out we needed to print of our flight tickets and the printer in the bar was not working, again Maria stepped up brought us into the office and we got it printed. It was outstanding service from both girls and I just wanted to pass on a big thank you for a great experience and well done on a great front desk team. Best wishes and Kindest regards,
