Dear Mark,
While i know your day must be taken up with many things, I wanted to take a few moments and write to you and express my thanks for a superb on - going service your hotel provides for me.
Since discovering your hotel by chance just after it opened, I have stayed with you on quite a few occasions, Both for business and with my wife and our positive experience has also encouraged me to use several other Days Hotels in Parkwest and Castlebar.
Over this time i have got used to a consistently good level of service but when we stayed on Saturday 22nd of October, I feel your staff were particularly helpful. For the first time we travelled with our 4 month old son. The bus driver who picked us up at the airport was very accommodating in helping us load the mountain of things that a 4 month old seems to need to travel with - not to mention what his mother needed for a month in China ! The baby cot i had requested was assembled and made up in the room - the separate extra towels for the baby a very thoughtful touch. The rooms were comfortable and relaxing as usual and the Driver who left us back to the airport the next morning was equally helpful with re-loading and unloading the aforementioned Baby mountain once again.
All of this simply reinforced my good opinion of your operations and ensures that i will stay a loyal customer.
